• Our Mash and Liquor are sold in double portions in 500ml containers
• Please contact us for an allergen list or dietary requirements
• All food is sealed in a poly box with an ice pack and has been tested to keep food fresh and safe for consumption for up to 48 hours whilst in transit
• Once you have taken delivery please consume or freeze within 2 days
• Once you have placed your order you a receive a confirmation number this confirms the order has been placed
• Once we have arranged a delivery date you will be notified by us via text/email to confirm that delivery date
• For all deliveries sent via courier you will receive an email from the courier company with tracking information so you are able to track your parcel, if you have any questions or queries regarding your delivery you must contact the courier company on the details provided on the email
• Once you receive a text with a delivery date, it is a scheduled delivery date only
• You can track your parcel via an email sent by our courier (courier deliveries only )
• If a parcel is delayed on your scheduled delivery date the courier automatically attempts delivery the next day
• All deliveries are subject to the courier's terms and conditions unless we are delivering
• Nationwide deliveries are weekly on Weds Thurs and Fri 8am - 8pm
• Deliveries into Essex are usually on Saturdays, this may be subject to change due to there being higher volumes of orders and deliveries will be made between 10am and 8pm. We are unable to specify a time
• If you have any additional information you think we should know prior to your delivery you must put this in the special instructions when placing your order. This includes choosing a delivery date, where a delivery date has not been specified we will deliver at our own convenience
• In the event that nobody is at the property to take receipt of the delivery it will be left in a safe place, this location can be stated in the special instructions
• Reheating instructions will be sent but please do contact us if you need any help
• It’s possible that sometimes mistakes are made, it’s never intentional. If something goes wrong or you are not happy please contact us soon as possible so we can rectify it.
• We have a minimum order value of £32.99 and all prices shown include delivery to any U.K. postcode
(Excluding Northern Ireland)
• Local deliveries to our shop aren’t subject to these terms
• We recommend on the day / date of your delivery that you make alternative arrangements for food as this is a chilled delivery service and does not operate how a normal takeaway service does so please bare that in mind to avoid disappointment
